It's time for me to get back into exercise...

Today I’m a case in point - What you eat matters so much!
I’m so hungry right now. We wanted to try some new meals, so last night (and leftovers for lunch today) we made a great thai inspired rice noodle dish. While it was from a “clean eating” magazine and all the ingredients were fairly healthy, hasn’t done much for me.

Raw vegetables - No, there is no salt and pepper...
Driving home with a car full of Japanese men yesterday we ate our veggie snack. Sliced red and yellow peppers, cucumbers, and carrots. They were so juicy and sweet!
We offered some slices to the other passengers in the car. First there was a lot of, “Are those RAW???” ”Hahahaha, you’re eating RAW veggies?” and “You’re like a rabbit!”

Walking to work. Winter in Japan means that you’re gonna get wet. Today we woke up to another foot of snow and it’s still coming down. We don’t get snow days in Japan. People are expected to get there on time an be ready to go; even students, and they don’t plow the sidewalks. It makes me very angry.
